Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged or defective).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• The refund will be issued through the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Wrong items delivered
• Defective or damaged products
• Size-related issues (subject to stock availability)

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

• Photos of the product
• A brief description of the issue

This will help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.
